I met Flim thanks to a mutual friend whose an expert about Thai cuisine. She recommended Flim for a suprise I was organizing for my wife's birthday. Long story short, I meet with Flim to discuss menu and I can say that at that moment I was sure he was 1- in love with his culture and culinary principles 2- professional 3- a man of his words.
He came on time with all the ingredients and plates, and we didnt have to worry about a thing...he was in control. All the evening went to perfection, the delicious food was amazingly displayed and everyone had spent a very good time thanks to him and his culinary skills.
